Happenco specialises

The team behind Happenco launched their first fund, Helix Ventures, a private investment vehicle, in 2016.

Its significant success led the team to launch its first public investment fund, Happenco Fund 1, in 2021.

Responding to investor demand, in 2022 the team launched its second public investment fund, Happenco Ventures Fund Early-Stage Venture Capital.

In addition to early-stage investing, the Happenco team provides corporate advisory services, software development and project management to help drive value creation in Australian companies.

We advise and deliver commercial technology solutions to organisations and we invest early in the technology pioneers that will eventually displace those solutions.

We have strong relationships with leading venture capital funds; a proven process for value creation; and a track record of supporting leading technology companies.

We often invest at the minimum viable product stage and support that investment to build and grow past initial product market fit on to a Series A funding round.

A thought leader and practitioner in Web 2.0 and 3.0 advisory and technology development, we act independently and follow our expertise to invest and co-invest with other leading funds.

Aaron has a diverse range of experience having worked with Deloitte, Everblu capital and Rio Tinto. Aaron has also held a product manager role with Prospa a Leading Australian FinTech. Aaron’s academic record and love of technology makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
